The festival of lights is one of my favorites – wearing good clothes, fireworks, sweets, gifts and get-togethers with family. Everything about Diwali is so excellent.
Dad and I started putting lights everywhere so our house looked bright and beautiful. We decorated the backyard and then the front yard. It was so much fun. We got the garland lights, Green wires and extension cords to put around the shrubs. I tried to do something different with lights, which turned out to be good. It looked amazing.
Dad set a timer on the machine as to when we want the light to start and when they to go off. It was interesting.
