The summer had started. Sitting idly at home bore me, so I took all my colorful chalk and went outside to make a Rangoli. The rangoli had vibrant colors in it. Soon when the Rangoli was finished, I thought, why not have some fun? So, I made a grid with numbers starting from 1-10 and all 26 alphabets.

When I was playing the game outside, my dad noticed that I wasn’t home. He came out, calling my name, and saw me jumping on the grid. He even saw the beautiful rangoli that I made, appreciated the efforts, and said it was lovely.

Then he saw a grid that looked like some puzzle to him. I told him that I was playing ‘Hopscotch.’ He asked me how to play the game, so I taught him the game’s rules.

In no time, he joined me and started playing along. He was thrilled and energetic.

It was fun playing Hopscotch with dad. He told me that we would have lots of fun playing outdoor games.

The whole summer will be spent with him, and I’m looking forward to it. Have you ever played a game with your dad? Share with us and join us in our 365 days of fun.
