Dad never fails to surprise me with his impromptu plans. Yes, you guessed it right, it was Where the Car Takes Us Kind of a Day. We packed a few things and hit the road.
The car took us to BJs, and I had my favorite dessert Pizookie.
Dad shared a fun story, when he called to book the table, he mentioned his name as VJ, and the person on the other end thought it was BJ – the owner of the place.
I ordered the whole feast along with the much-awaited – Pizookie. My favorite part of the night was having Pizookie. For dad, it was sharing the two 20$ coupons with a family and a couple who got super excited. Sadly, I wasn’t around the experience the happiness on their faces. But dad said it was amazing to see total strangers smile because of him. We decided next time we go somewhere, we will do the same.
We had a delicious dinner, lovely conversations, and a fantastic time with the family.
